PosiGen CEO Thomas Neyhart has 15 years of management experience under his belt and has held key roles in both large corporations and entrepreneurial organizations. In 2011, Thomas Neyhart embarked on a journey to start a new solar power company. PosiGen CEO Thomas Neyhart is a successful businessman and since the beginning, he was motivated to find a way to positively impact the community in which he lived through his work on solving physical problems many years prior. 

PosiGen CEO Thomas Neyhart´s two main inspirations for standing up the solar power company were to create and develop a niche product that would be able to solve some of the physical problems he faced. In addition to making a positive impact on people’s lives. Thomas Neyhart holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. After his graduation, he proceeded to work at many different organizations and continued to develop his experience in the engineering field.

Successful CEO and entrepreneur Thomas Neyhart’s first entrepreneurial role was as the founder of Colortyme. Colortyme was established in 1986 when he started his journey to help people improve the appearance of their homes. During his time with Colortyme, PosiGen CEO Thomas Neyhart helped publicize the company and later sold it in 2003.

PosiGen CEO Thomas Neyhart was also the President of TNL Enterprises, Inc. in Metairie, Louisiana. TNL was a company founded in 1988. TNL was a company that specialized in developing and manufacturing electric power equipment at the time of its founding. Later this would change to have the company specialize in building and selling patio furniture.

PosiGen CEO Neyhart has been a long-time Volunteer for Good Louisiana’s Board of Directors member. He is one of their founders and is a former board member. He sits on their Advisory Council as well.
