Marwan Kheireddine is a member of the YPO Lebanon Chapter, the CEO of HEFATI Holding, and a passionate philanthropist.
Marwan Kheireddine had his first successful business venture when he was only 17 years old, distributing milk to retailers in Lebanon. In 1972 Mr. Kheireddine established Hefati Trading Co, today one of the largest food distribution companies in the Middle East.
In 2003, Marwan Kheireddine founded TEMCO, a regional car trading company in Egypt and Lebanon. His latest venture is Evical Ltd., set up with partners to create an integrated service platform for automotive dealerships that span sales, leasing, and aftersales services.

In 2009 Mr. Kheireddine was named one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum in recognition of his efforts to promote dialogue on one of the most controversial subjects in Arab society: women’s rights.
Mr. Kheireddine is also a supporter of youth entrepreneurship. He established HEFATI, which provides training and access to capital through innovative microfinance programs. He is a significant shareholder in the Lebanese franchise for Caracal Jewelry Ltd., a prestigious Lebanese lifestyle brand with stores across Lebanon, the Middle East, and Europe. He is also active in several cultural and philanthropic causes, including supporting young people to learn Arabic innovatively through language immersion programs.
Marwan Kheireddine was born in Beirut and is the oldest of two children. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut.
Marwan Kheireddine is the son of Dr. George Kheireddine and Daphne Farhat Kheireddine, both known for their many charities, especially in health, education, art, and culture. Marwan’s mother is also known for opening Dr. Farhat’s School of Nursing, which only accepts women in nursing programs at all levels.
In January 2010, Kheireddine joined YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) as an Honorary Member in preparation for his entrepreneurship background and support for young entrepreneurs. In December 2013, Marwan Kheireddine became an active member of the YPO Lebanon Chapter.
