An Online Collaboration
While it would seem that collaborating with a group online would be challenging. students had no problem with this. After all, working from a distance can make it more difficult to communicate, remain productive, and stay motivated. In addition, they came from different departments. This could make connecting with like-minded people and accepting their differences an insurmountable issue. But all they committed to staying focused on their work to turn their ideas into a reality. And it paid off.
Coming Up with Unique Ideas
The five teams the Academy of Art University students were a part of included Intermezzo, Global, Moment, Neo, and Symnity. Before breaking down into teams, students had to find people who shared their unique ideas. Besides this, they came from diverse backgrounds. But their differences only made them more understanding of each other.
Finding Inspiration from Nature
To come up with realistic ideas, the students decided to take inspiration from nature. They combined natural elements with technological advances that may become a reality in the future. For instance, one group had the idea of making mental health a priority. This involved a serene environment along with technological elements that only added to this sense of comfort.
To sum up, Academy of Art University students were given the chance to help refresh the Stellantis brand. At the same time, they gained valuable real-world skills and knowledge. Whether they collaborate online or on campus, students have proven that they can tackle distance learning and collaboration.
