Dr. Alddo Molinar’s journey as a doctor has not been dull, as anyone could see upon reading his résumé. Currently employed as an anesthesiologist for twelve years in Martinsburg, Ohio, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Alddo Molinar began his medical career after receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern medical school. He interned at the Methodist Hospital of Dallas and did his residency and Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and also served on the American Board of Anesthesiology. This background alone is impressive enough, but what makes Dr. Alddo Molinar sought after is the relationships he builds with his patients and the level of care he delivers to them. This desire to deliver exceptional care to his patients likely began at an early age following the illnesses of his grandparents, leading him towards a love of medicine. 

Although currently practicing anesthesiology, Dr. Alddo Molinar also practiced critical care medicine, as well as cardiovascular and neurological intensive care. Critical care medicine expert Dr. Molinar has given several interviews on his practice, in which he relates that his parents had high expectations of him during his childhood, though he welcomed their guidance. His sharp attention to detail allowed him to note where in the medical profession improvements could be made, such as delays in the transfer of medical records due to the use of outdated technology (Aboutme). 

This has prompted Alddo Molinar to entirely encourage his current workplace to adopt emerging technologies in patient information sharing, such as the CareEverywhere system. He stresses the importance of staying organized and working with people who continue to hold him accountable. Through the CareEverywhere System, he encourages those thinking about pursuing medicine to always continue to learn, for the medical field is ever-changing. Alddo Molinar points out that having a daily routine and staying focused is the best way to help as many people as possible, and also makes a busy working environment tolerable. He encourages medical professionals and his patients to be flexible and stay motivated, and to embrace technology as it emerges in the medical profession. With dreams of going into the medical profession from an early age, Dr. Molinar has certainly attained his dreams.
